- 6 ounces (175 ml) strongly brewed pink grapefruit tea, chilled (Granville Island Tea Company Ltd)
- Wildflower honey, to taste (Chilliwack River Valley Natural Honey Ltd)
- 1 1/2 ounces (38 ml) Endeavour Pink Gin (The Liberty Distillery)
- Club soda (The Milkman)
- Sliced strawberries, for garnish (any produce vendor)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (any produce vendor)
- Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tea, honey, and gin and gently stir to combine. Top with club soda before garnishing with sliced strawberries and basil leaves. Enjoy right away.
